Tsavo West & Taita Hills Safari

Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo West National Park
Depart from Mombasa early in the morning for Tsavo National Park. The Park is a vast expansion of African savanna with a more diverse array of habitats which include open plains, semi desert scrub, woodland, Chyulu Hills and rock outcrops. It's famous for the Red Elephants, Oryx, and Gerenuk among other mammal's species and bird life. Other notable features include Mzima Springs which are water source for Mombasa Town, Shetani Lava Flow and Ash cones, which is an example of recent volcanic eruption. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge

Day 2: Tsavo West National Park - Taita Hills Saltlick Game Sanctuary
Enjoy early pre-breakfast game drive in search of the big cats of Tsavo before leaving to Taita Hills Salt Lick Game Sanctuary arriving in time for lunch and rest. Later proceed for afternoon game drive. Taita Hills wild life sanctuary was founded by the Hilton early seventies. It covers an area of 24,000 Ha. Physical attractions include thorny bushes, acacia forests, arid and savannah, swamp and Taita hills among others. Animals found here include elephants, lions, cheetah, zebras, giraffes, and many different types of birds such as ostriches, horny bills, guinea fowls, kingfishers and weaver birds. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

Day 3: Taita Hills Salt Lick Game Sanctuary - Mombasa
Enjoy early pre-breakfast game drive in search of the predators and grazers before leaving to Mombasa with a lunch en route at Voi town. Arrive at your hotel Mombasa in the late evening with sweet memories.
